1. About this website

The website presents the company, the brands we distribute, and how retailers, suppliers and customers can get in touch with us.

2. Use of the website

You are free to read and use the information on the website. You may not attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use, distribute malicious code, or extract content automatically on a large scale.

3. Content and rights

Text, images, video, logos and trademarks on the website belong to Arctic Distribution AS or to our brand partners. The content may not be used commercially without written consent.

Retailers carrying our brands may use product images and product texts when marketing those products. The content must be reproduced unchanged, and must not be used to support claims the product does not cover.

4. Product information

We work to keep product information correct and up to date. Specifications may change. We reserve the right to correct errors, and note that products may change or be out of stock. Information on the website is not a binding offer.

5. Prices

Prices shown are recommended retail prices including Norwegian VAT, unless stated otherwise. Retailers set their own prices. Arctic Distribution AS does not impose fixed resale prices on retailers. Wholesale prices and terms are agreed separately with each retailer.

6. Enquiries and agreements

Forms and contact details on the website are channels for enquiries, not for orders. Agreements on purchase, distribution or retailer status are concluded separately and in writing.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to our own online stores and to third parties. We are not responsible for content on websites we do not control. Purchases in our online stores are governed by the sales terms of the individual store.

8. Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or from it being unavailable. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be disclaimed under Norwegian law, and it does not limit consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will first be sought resolved amicably. The agreed venue is Vestoppland og Valdres District Court, Gjøvik, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
